Beef & lamb
Our beef and lamb comes from Nestfield & Percy, a trusted local butcher based in Malton. Sourcing high-quality, ethically reared meat from local farms, Nestfield & Percy ensure that everything we offer is fresh, full of flavour, and sustainably produced.
Rare breed pork
We are proud to work with Taste Tradition, specialists in rare breed meats, to bring you the finest Gloucester Old Spot pork. The Ashbridge family has supplied The Balloon Tree for years, and their commitment to traditional farming and exceptional quality is evident in every cut.
Our rare breed sausages and other pork products are available to purchase in the Farm Shop and enjoy in the Café, where our chefs use them in a variety of delicious dishes.
Chicken
We source our chicken exclusively from Soanes, an award-winning Yorkshire poultry producer. Their grain-fed chickens are renowned for their rich flavour and succulent texture, making them a staple for Sunday roasts, midweek meals, and everything in between.
