A homemade Christmas cake, made with a secret Balloon Tree recipe and plenty of Christmas spirit. Matured for 3 months with Brandy and left plain for you to serve as is or to personalise with decorations. Our Christmas cakes come in medium (500g), and large sizes (1.2 Kg).
